There are all sorts of small things to look forward to... The smell of cotton fresh from the dryer. A cup of fresh coffee in the morning. That time of night when the moon finally peeks out of the clouds. Simple things. It's what keep us going day to day.
All of us spend so much time rushing from place to place... too much time spent in traffic... or around strangers. Wouldn't it be nice to just... relax? To come home, and enjoy ourselves? But it's Monday... off to work we go. *sigh*
I'll let you know a little secret... When you're not around, I like to steal your shirts. The feel of the cotton.. the faint scent of cologne.. *giggle* Maybe it's time I enjoyed myself... simple, sensual.. complete. It beats reviving my senses with a cup of coffee...
